Daily MACD scan page
Before the market opens, one page prompts you to list your watchlist instruments and note MACD line vs signal line, histogram direction, and zero-line position for each. Five minutes of writing that prevents impulsive mid-session entries.
We developed this page after seeing attendees jump into trades without checking whether the daily MACD agreed with their 15-minute cross.
Entry log with indicator columns
Each trade gets a row: date, instrument, direction, entry price, stop, target — plus dedicated fields for MACD cross age, histogram state, and above/below zero. A single-line thesis column forces you to state why you entered before you click buy or sell.
Exit and review pages
After closing, record exit MACD state, whether you followed your plan, and one sentence on what you would do differently. Weekly review spreads summarise your most common MACD pattern and count how many entries failed the zero-line filter.
Loss-focused prompts
The back cover lists five prompts for losing trades — the same questions we discuss in the Field Notes article. Losses logged the same day carry more detail than memories reconstructed on Sunday evening.
How to get the workbook
The workbook is included in every Trade Journal Workshop (3 hours, 1,900,000 VND). Alumni of the MACD Intensive can purchase a replacement copy for 150,000 VND when attending a consultation or Practice Circle session.
We do not sell the workbook separately online — the workshop includes guided setup, live practice with your recent trades, and instructor feedback on your first week's entries.
