Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to training sessions booked with SparkWork Trading Sessions, including MACD Intensive Sessions, Trade Journal Workshops, Chart Review Consultations, and MACD Practice Circle gatherings.

1. Deposit and booking confirmation

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your seat. Your booking is not guaranteed until we confirm receipt of the deposit and send a confirmation email with the session date, time, and remaining balance due.

2. Cancellation by you

• More than 72 hours before the session: Full refund of your deposit, or free transfer to a future date within six months.
• 24 to 72 hours before the session: Deposit may be transferred to a future date within three months. Cash refund of the deposit is available at our discretion minus a 200,000 VND administrative fee.
• Less than 24 hours before the session: Deposit is non-refundable. You may transfer your seat to another person by notifying us in writing at least 12 hours before start time.

3. No-shows

If you do not attend a confirmed session without prior notice, the full session fee is forfeited. No refund or rescheduling is offered for no-shows.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge if you notify us at least 72 hours before your session. A second reschedule request incurs a 150,000 VND fee. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within six months of the original date.

5. Cancellation by SparkWork

If we cancel a session due to instructor illness, venue unavailability, or insufficient enrolment, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid or the option to transfer to the next available date. We will notify you at least 48 hours before the scheduled start when possible.

6. Partial attendance

Sessions are priced as complete units. Leaving early or arriving late does not entitle you to a partial refund. If you must leave due to an emergency, contact us within 48 hours — we may offer a credit toward a future session at our discretion.

7. Bundle bookings

The MACD Intensive + Journal bundle is subject to the same cancellation terms. If you cancel one session of the bundle more than 72 hours in advance, the remaining session stays booked at the bundle rate. Cancelling both sessions follows the standard deposit rules applied to the total amount paid.

8. Materials and workbooks

Workbooks and printed materials provided during in-person sessions are included in the session fee and are non-refundable once issued. Replacement workbook copies purchased separately (150,000 VND) are non-refundable after collection.

9. Work already started

For Chart Review Consultations delivered by video, if the consultation has begun and you disconnect, no refund is issued. If technical failure on our side prevents the session from starting, we will reschedule or refund at your choice.

10. Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are returned via the same bank transfer method used for payment. Processing takes 5 to 10 business days after approval. You are responsible for any bank fees charged by your institution.

11. Non-refundable items

• Deposits for cancellations within 24 hours of the session
• No-show session fees
• Administrative fees for late cancellations
• Workbook replacement copies after collection

12. Exceptions

We may make exceptions for documented medical emergencies or government travel restrictions affecting your ability to attend. Contact us with supporting documentation within seven days of the missed session.

13. How to request a refund or reschedule

Email info@spark-workhub.click with your booking reference, session date, and reason for the request. Include the name used at booking. We respond within two business days.
